Title: Trade Marketing ManagerReport to: Marketing DirectorLocation: GuangzhouJob Description:l Assist Marketing Head to plan and implement national trade marketing activities, track outcomes and provide analysis.l Cooperate with regional managers to develop annual trade activities plan base on the local market and customer needs at the city level in line with business strategy.l Data analysis to making plans to lead sales to achieve targets l Support city sales team implement trade activities effectively, process involvement and feedback follow up.l Partner with Sales to develop key account plans for key customers and distributorsl Planning and implementing of marketing support materials on and off tradel Monitor trade marketing support spending C budget, evaluation of activity execution and result to ensure efficient investments. l Ensure all the Trade Marketing activities are properly implemented and strictly adhere to the company‘s regulations.l Trade promotion budget plan & control & outlook, with detail by budget owner and spending type in accordance with company trade promotion strategy.l Work with brand team to drive brand initiatives by following brand guideline but meet different regions’ needl Communicate with field sales and sales management team to understand trade needs, outlet needs and consumer needs, find solutions to balance among theml Work with vendor on regional campaign and channel merchandising programs execution and evaluation.l Facilitate trade marketing Best Practice Tool development and sharingQualification & Experienceu 8+ years of progressive sales or marketing experience in FMCG industry.u Bachelor Degree or above.u Strong business acumen and has strategic/ framework thinking.u Resilience, be able to dealing with ambiguity and strong interpersonal /communication skillsu Fluent English communication skills.u Capable of working under pressure. u Team spirit preferred. u Willing to travel when required by business.
